Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1tamilmv platform, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1tamilmv as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Age Requirement
The 1tamilmv platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account found to belong to an underage user without prior notice.
Location Requirements
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. 1tamilmv makes no representation that its services are legal or available in all locations.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1tamilmv platform. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Submitting false information — including an incorrect name, date of birth, or payment details — may result in account closure without notice and freezing of any remaining balance.
Account registration is free. Once your account is set up, you can access all available game categories by making a deposit in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Your password must be strong and must not be shared with anyone. 1tamilmv will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, unless you can demonstrate that your account was accessed without your authorisation and you reported it to us promptly.
User Conduct
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful activity, fraud, identity misrepresentation, or harassment of other users. The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to manipulate games or platform systems is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
Identity Verification
1tamilmv reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds. Documents that may be requested include a national identity card, passport, or other valid official identification. Failure to comply with a verification request within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
Deposit
All financial transactions on the 1tamilmv platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, and direct bank transfers to major Malaysian banks. Deposits are credited to your account once transaction confirmation is received, typically within a few minutes to half an hour depending on the method used.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are processed to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same name as the platform account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Processing time is between one and twenty-four hours on business days. 1tamilmv reserves the right to hold withdrawals until any required identity verification has been completed.
Unauthorised Transactions
Any attempt to carry out unauthorised transactions — including the use of payment methods that do not belong to you, chargeback fraud, or money laundering — will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
1tamilmv is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties.
Account Suspension & Closure
1tamilmv reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or at our sole discretion. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may not be returned depending on the nature of the violation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1tamilmv platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1tamilmv or its licensors. No part of the platform's content may be copied, redistributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms

The 1tamilmv platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, or technology providers. 1tamilmv is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
Amendments to Terms

Governing Law
